The Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.Responsibilities IncludeManaging, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experienceTake full ownership of the store and its commercial successAnalyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quoAddress identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as neededDrive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitabilityLead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floorWork with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career LadderConducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performanceEffectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environmentThe Successful CandidateThe Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
