Assistant Store Manager - Furniture & InteriorsESR Group NZ Ltd Trading as Early Settler Opening soon in New Plymouth!

Do you have energy, personality, team spirit to support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent customer service?

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is fully committed to creating an amazing customer experience. No two days are the same so we hope you're the type of person who can't wait to get into work each morning. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations and customer engagement.

Tuesday to Saturday: 40 hours

What do you bring to Early Settler?

5+ years of retail experience. You may already be an experienced Assistant Manager, or you might be in a senior sales or 3IC role and ready to take the next step in your career.
You are driven and passionate about making a difference
You are known for an outstanding warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience
Your drive to deliver outstanding results
Exceptional organisational abilities
Honesty, integrity, and open communication
A strong work ethic, commitment to adding value and ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Ability to undertake lifting and work in physical environment - we are a furniture store.
