We're looking for an experienced retail leader who will maintain high standards of themselves and their staff.
The Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.
Responsibilities include: Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experienceTaking full ownership of the store and its commercial successAnalyzing relevant data to probe and challenge the status quoAddressing identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as neededDriving continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitabilityLeading service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floorWorking with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career LadderConducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performanceEffectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environmentThe successful candidate: The Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded: Retail Store Manager experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essentialExperience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeedWhat's on offer?
