And we are looking to add to our BIZ family!To learn more about the NUS Business School, please visit DescriptionReporting to the Head of Customised Executive Programmes (CEP), the Client Manager will be part of the business development team responsible for the overall go-to-market strategies and revenue targets.The key focus of the role will be to:Execute business plans to achieve incremental revenue from new and existing corporate clients in the Asia-Pacific and global marketsEngage corporations, government entities and academic institutions to identify opportunities for corporate training and development by managing, growing and sustaining effective relationships at multiple levels of an organisation with senior-level executives and individual decision-makers in targeted verticals across the regionPartner with assigned clients, faculty and practitioners to successfully deliver custom programmes - this includes a hands-on approach to the design, delivery, and debrief phases of the programme including contracting and procurement processesLeverage the University's capabilities, networks, and platforms to deliver value-added programmes and services to our clientsMaintain effective and open communication and work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality of programme deliveryMaintain an understanding of key industry trends and the future of work, so as to become a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and Heads of L&D and Human ResourcesAny other relevant projects as assigned by the Head (CEP)QualificationsTo be successful in the role you should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience working in account management, stakeholder engagement and project management andHave proven experience in driving new business in line with the organisation's strategic direction, priority targets, and budgetsBe able to demonstrate a successful track record in maintaining and growing both existing and new relationshipsHave experience/strong interest in curriculum design relating to leadership capability developmentPossess effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior-level internal and external clients of the SchoolThrive on actively contributing to a high-performance, client-centric cultureAdvanced knowledge and application of MS Office suite, especially PPT and willingness to embrace new technologies in the workplacePrior experience in Corporate Education/Training/ HR Consulting will be an advantage(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)A leading global university centred in Asia, the National University of Singapore (NUS) offers a global approach to education and research, with a focus on Asian perspectives and expertise.
