Reporting directly to the School Manager, the Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Operational, resource maintenance and planning: Support the School Manager with reports, analysis, and advice for resource/operational planning in the School.Manage people transactional activities and recruitment of staff: Work alongside the School Manager in recruitment and transactional activities of staff.Providing financial advice: Provide reports, analysis, and advice in all areas for the financial planning for the school.Assist with Budgets: Assist with the preparation and management of budgets and projects in support of the School Manager.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification relevant to this role or equivalent tertiary experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience in management of a medium to large organization.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in a tertiary education environment.AUT has fantastic staff benefits including free study, a personal fund for your continued professional development, free membership to AUT gyms, and generous leave allowances.Start Date is expected to be January 2025.Salary Range: $73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).Reference: 90840At AUT we strive to be a place where people love to work and learn.
