About The Role We're seeking a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our enthusiastic and highly productive retail management team in our Briscoes Cambridge store. We're looking for a leader that lives and breathes striving for customer excellence!
This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week from Sunday to Thursday. The successful candidate will start with us in July.

Key Responsibilities Will Include Coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed targets
Being accountable for the profitability of the store/s within the Profit Centre (PC)
Making sure administrative and audit processes are followed
Maintaining the integrity of inventory
Making sure our stores are a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting our "Safe Home Every Day" framework
Skills And Experience To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Relevant retail experience, ideally in a big-box retail setting
Prior experience of managing staff
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and sales skills
A high level of business acumen and excellent communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, and work as a team player
Flexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends
