Today we are looking for the next hero assistant manager to join the crew in Queenstown. You would be invited to apply for the opportunity. Required is 2 years of relevant experience. No qualification is required. On-the-job training will be given.

What we expect you to perform:
•    Collaborate with Chefs to assist in planning menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences;•    Support in organizing and coordinating special events and functions, ensuring smooth execution;•    Assist in managing the purchasing and pricing of goods within budgetary constraints;•    Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions;•    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of dining areas;•    Interact with guests to assess satisfaction with meals and service, resolving any issues promptly;•    Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising dining and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service;•    Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders when needed.; and•    other works as required.
