Company DescriptionTilda is the recently hatted restaurant by House Made Hospitality, located on the ground floor of the newly renovated Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. It sits as one of four venues within the precinct, and adds to House Made Hospitality's varied and fast-evolving portfolio which includes Lana, Grana, Martinez and Promenade Bondi Beach. An "Australian Grill", it aims for exceptional dining with a local and seafood focus, and after only a month in operation, is already buzzing and vibrant - trading all day (from breakfast) and all week.Head Chef Nathanael Merchant (ex Flying Fish, The Ledbury London & Bentley) and Restaurant Manager Cristiano Poddine (Icebergs, Da Orazio & Matteo), lead the restaurant which features a 110-seat dining space, including an intimate 12-person private dining room. The thoughtfully curated wine list focuses on Australia's finest winemakers, regions and varietals, alongside an expertly selected range of old-world wines.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Tilda.
