We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about people, to come and join our amazing Food & Beverage Team! Whether it be tailoring a guest experience for a birthday or anniversary, our food & beverage team lights up the faces of the guests and create the WOW factor, and we need an engaging and inspiring leader to achieve exceptional results.
The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to run one of our busy restaurants using your experience and exceptional leadership skills, coupled with adopting a 'hands-on' approach. We pride ourselves in seasonal menus of elegant dishes and an award-winning wine lists, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. The focus is on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience and leading by example. You'll love motivating a productive team and enjoy tailoring learning and development for individuals. We seek a supportive leadership style to achieve work and life goals.
Passion for making people happy, including both guests and team members Minimum two years' supervisory / management experience is desriable Previous experience working in a 5-star/premium resort is desirable Ability to support management of large teams Self-motivated and great problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a 'can do' attitude Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, coupled with outstanding organisational skills Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown
Hours: Full time permanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed)
