Assistant Restaurant Manager

Wednesday - Saturday working week

Full time stable hours all year round with pay up to $32 per hour

Hybrid role between the Ala Carte Restaurant, Bar, and Function

We are looking for a talented hospitality professional to take the next step in their career as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role involves assisting in running the restaurant service from Wednesday to Saturday.

As a high-performing Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure that customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for managing the A la carte restaurant to deliver a clear point of difference and service that is smooth and exceptional. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers is essential. With a FOH team of 15 on a busy shift, including dedicated function staff, we need a highly organized manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, managing a large A la carte restaurant, and hold current LCQ & GM licenses.
