Friends' cafe and bar is on the lookout for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.About Us:Friends' cafe is currently offering breakfast, lunch, and brunch to the people of Western Bay of Plenty, Papamoa. We have a very strong loyal local customer base that supports us. We are open from 7 am to 2 pm serving these meals; however, we are targeting to extend our working hours by offering dinner until 10 pm. We want to provide more options to our customers, thus we aim to introduce cuisines like Nepalese, Continental, and Italian.Our aim is to reach people's hearts through our food and give the best dining experience.The Role:You'll be working closely with the owners, leading the kitchen and bar team, and helping keep everything running smoothly. Supporting the floor team, cashing up, briefing the kitchen, or chatting with guests, you'll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day. You'll also manage stock, supplier relationships, and some back-of-house duties.
