Our lounge is renowned for its premium shisha offerings, exquisite dining experience, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.
Job Summary: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cyra Botanical Shisha Lounge, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, optimizing service efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Staff Supervision: Support in recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff. Foster a positive work environment and conduct regular performance reviews.Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets our high standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling restaurant expenses, including labor costs and operational costs. Support in preparing reports and analyzing financial performance.Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on implementing promotional activities and special events to drive business and enhance the guest experience. Qualifications
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or lounge setting.Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management practices.Education: Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Personal Attributes: Passion for Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to upholding our high standards.Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.Team Player: Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage multiple tasks effectively.
