To be a successful Assistant Restaurant Manager you will need: Experience engaging and motivating a team. Confidence and experience dealing with staff performance. A passion to deliver and drive an exceptional customer experience. An understanding of what is required to run a business and interpret financial reports. A keen interest in a career in QSR. Flexibility to work a 40-hour per week roster across 7 days including evening shifts; we operate under a fixed shift labour model meaning you will have fixed shifts and days, working the same shifts on the same days, every week.
