Assistant Rector - School Operations

We are seeking a passionate, hard working and adaptable person with a growth mindset to join our senior leadership team in continuing the positive transformation the school has undergone in recent years. The successful applicant should be committed to boy's education and driven by the school's ethos of 'inspiring young men of outstanding character'.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting term 1, 2025.
With an expected roll next year of 450 students, Waitaki Boys' is enriched by a proud heritage, but progressive in its thinking around educating boys for today and more importantly the future. The school's inclusive culture encourages students to participate and achieve in a range of leadership, sporting, arts and cultural activities both within and outside the classroom.
The successful applicant must be a NZ registered teacher and will endorse the school's academic focus, as well as be expected to be involved in our strong co-curricular programmes.
