Assistant Pub Manager

We are looking for someone with management experience to come and support the pub manager at The New Inn in Blagdon. We have recently taken on a 5-year lease, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, helping the pub to become the best it can possibly be.The day to day will include a bit of everything; however, the key roles are:Ensuring the smooth running of the New Inn PubMenu planning and setting and maintaining standards across the venueOverseeing the day-to-day management of the Front and back of House team in a positive and professional manner while fully embracing the company brand values and ethos.Planning rotas and managing the performance of the teamOrdering products and liaising with suppliersEngaging with the community to drive the business and be an ambassador to the Yeo Valley BrandHours: 40 hours a week – this is a flexible contract, and you would be expected to work on evenings and weekends. Shifts range from 09.30-00.00.
