Te kowhiringa | The OpportunityDowner holds three (3) Facilities Maintenance and Management Services Contracts with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). At our Waiouru site, we deliver a range of maintenance services with varying levels of management and coordination required.The primary purpose of this role is to manage & coordinate works from end to end to within timeframes, to a high level of quality, within budget and zero harm being at the forefront.These works will be across all work types including projects, unscheduled maintenance, scheduled maintenance, minor new works etc.Therefore, the role will manage a variety of works including (but not limited to) packages of smaller works, singular works, high/low value works, quotable works etc.Nga pukenga matua | Important SkillsAt least 2 years project management experience in a coordination or works supervision role.Experience in the construction or facility service industry (or similar)Sound commercial acumen.Well-developed computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft and work/job management systems.Highly articulate with effective oral and written communication skills.Highly effective planning, reporting and prioritising skills.Working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015Strong customer centric approachGood time management and organisation skillsOwnership, commitment and an ability to meet deadlinesA current full driver's licenseKo te take ka parekareka e koe ki te mahi ki konei | Why you will enjoy working hereA role with Spotless can advance your career and expand your skills.
