Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. We invite candidates with hands on approach in assigned projects and tasks of key projects. Fresh Polytechnics or Diploma Holders are welcomeReports to the Management team on a timely basisKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints with a hands-on approach – reporting to the management teamIdentify, evaluate, and oversee third party suppliers to help company achieve operational capabilities.Perform negotiations on behalf of the company.Collaborate with management and operational teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, highlighting critical paths and resource allocation and profit and loss, revenue projectionsFoster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and transparency among team members.Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze results and enhance future project performance.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies.Requirements:Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing.Experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects.
