We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Production Manager to join our team using your experience in Management from the Food & Beverage /Manufacturing Industry!
You will have the overall responsibility for the Night Shift Production team, to drive safe, quality, and efficient work from our team. The role is all about people so you will need to have proven leadership experience including leading, training and motivating a team.
Some of your key focus areas will include: - Developing and motivating the Team to drive staff engagement.
- Proactive client management.
- Encouraging cross-team synergies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring best-practice H&S management including managing risks and reported incidents.
Providing support to the Production Manager, including 'acting' in their absence, will provide you with invaluable leadership skills, raise your profile and set you up for future opportunities within WineWorks.
