The school supports students in Key Stages 4, providing a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your Role: As Assistant Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of the students. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the Key Stage 4 curriculum to ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and progress.Supporting the Principal in the strategic leadership of the school, including whole-school development planning.Promoting a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and positive behaviour management.Providing tailored support for students with SEMH needs, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.Building strong relationships with staff, students, families, and external partners.What We're Looking For: Leadership experience within an SEMH or similar specialist education setting.A proven track record of improving outcomes for students with additional needs.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.Expertise in safeguarding, behaviour management, and inclusive education practices.QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant leadership qualifications or experience.A compassionate, solution-focused approach and a commitment to continuous school improvement.What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.Comprehensive benefits package, including cash back scheme on private medical, well-being support and bonuses.Access to ongoing CPD and leadership training opportunities including putting you through your NPQH.A vibrant and supportive school community with a shared vision for success.Opportunities to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people.
