We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an individual to join in a brand new role assisting with overseeing operations for our dual branded Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside hotels.The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms and 150+ staff!Our outlets include Atlas Café & Restaurant, Clarkes Bar, and conference centre, I Bar located in Ibis, as well as our 7 conference/banquets rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre.This newly created role reports into the Operations Manager leading a team of Guest Experience Duty Managers working across our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments.
