You will thrive in a busy environment and will love taking on hotel responsibility in absence of the Night Manager & the wider management team.
This is a great step for an experienced hotel receptionist to take on a leadership position and gain further development and exposure to greater hotel operations.
Your daily tasks will include: Prepare reports and statistical information in accordance with night audit proceduresProcessing of guest account transactionsResponding quickly to all guest concerns and following up with relevant departments.Leading a Night team to display the Pullman Auckland brand essentials at all timesManagement of the security and safety of both hotel guests and employee Qualifications You will bring with you: Previous front office experience at supervisory level (Preferred)A full NZ driver's licenseA current GM Certificate or able to obtain essential(to obtain candidates must have an LCQcertificate & 3 months supervisory experience at a licensed premises in NZ)Knowledge of Opera is advantageous(Preferred)Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbalLeadership capability.
