The Royal Australian Navy's (RAN) Bridge Training Faculty (BTF) stands as a world-class training facility equipped with 6 full mission simulators and 4 part mission simulators.
As an Assistant Maritime Warfare Instructor, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Maritime Warfare Instructor and RAN staff to deliver premier training to Maritime Warfare Officers. Your role is crucial in operating the simulator and facilitating realistic, scenario-based training, ensuring RAN Officers receive the most accurate and effective preparation possible. Serco supports this mission with specialised training aimed at meeting these demands while helping you gain civilian qualifications in Training and Assessment.

Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 - SECRET defence security clearance or higher.
