Overall Position Description Assisting the Shop Managers to provide an outstanding retail experience and lead a team of dedicated lingerie and swimwear fitters offering a fantastic service for New Zealand women both in person in Wellington and nationally via our online store. The Fitting Room is a specialist lingerie and swimwear store, with a focus on personalised fittings, D-K cup size lingerie and swimwear, and products for women post-breast surgery.
Tasks and Responsibilities -Helping set up the shop for the day including cleaning/setting up the computers/sorting web orders/checking the emails.
-Giving outstanding customer service in person, over email and phone, and via our online store.
-Fitting customers with lingerie and swimwear, including post-mastectomy bras and prostheses.
-Taking a senior role in the team at all times; directing and assisting other team members as needed.
-When the manager is absent, including at least one day/week, undertaking all daily shop management tasks including opening and closing the shop, managing and directing the team, dealing with any management-level customer queries.

-Have commitment and experience in motivating a team to achieve excellent sales in a retail environment.
This position will be based in our Wellington store. It will be 40 hours per week, rostered between Monday – Saturday. Currently the Managers and Assistant Managers work a rotation of two Saturdays on, two off.
