Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
