Job Purpose Work closely with Associate Dean (Student Affairs), Head of Admissions & Outreach Unit, as well as Admissions & Outreach team members to handle matters relating to Admissions management and Outreach initiatives. As Assistant Manager / Manager (Admissions & Outreach), the ideal candidate will support the admissions processes of graduate and undergraduate Law students, as well as manage various outreach initiatives to market NUS Law programmes locally and internationally, ensuring cohesive and effective communication across all platforms to meet the strategic objectives of student recruitment. Job Description Admissions Management Coordinate overall admissions exercise and manage the admission cycles for PhD, LLM and other graduate programmes. Ensure that application cycles for the various programmes are set up accordingly. Liaise with Vice Deans (Research/ Graduate Studies), LLM specialisation directors and other relevant stakeholders during the admissions exercise. Support the undergraduate LLB admissions exercise (shortlisting of candidates, administration of interviews and written test). Coordinate and administer various postgraduate scholarships, including tracking of the amount awarded. Handle admissions, scholarships and programme related enquiries from prospective LLM students. Ensure that responses to LLM and LLB admissions related queries are factual and relevant. Generate and analyse applications, admissions and scholarships data for development and implementation of data-driven outreach and admissions strategies. Manage, coordinate with various stakeholders on requests for Admissions-related information and collate the information for submission. Outreach Initiatives, Event Planning and Execution Coordinate overall outreach events and activities, both physical and online. Coordinate logistics for outreach activities and liaise with NUS central departments and internal units for events such as school visits and education fairs. Lead, manage and organize the annual Law Welcome Weekend to drive up acceptances of LLB Admission offers. Manage relationships, agreements and Memorandums of Understanding with partner universities overseas in relation to graduate admissions. Support outreach events and activities locally and overseas. Lead, manage and support ad-hoc projects and tasks as and when necessary. Qualifications Degree holder with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience preferably within a tertiary educational institution and with familiarity in admissions and/or marketing. Meticulous and self-driven, with a strong passion to achieve. Student centric, positive attitude, professional and a pleasant disposition. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, able to work with stakeholders of various levels. Excellent planning, project and event management skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
