Assistant Manager

Aosta restaurant in the beautiful little town of Arrowtown (18 Buckingham Street), is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly and professional team. We are open 7 days a week for dinner service only ! This position will allow you a perfect life/work balance, with flexibility on your days off! Key Duties & Responsibilities Represent and comprehend the brand essence and values Ensuring that the venue team complies with all our standards Personally responsible for the menu and wine knowledge to communicate to guests Work proactively to maintain a healthy working relationship with the kitchen & staff Maintain order, cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant Aspire to give every guest a memorable experience Taking care of customers reservation system Train and supervise front of house staff Full time role. Hourly Pay or Salary with 30 hours minimum guaranteed. Qualifications & Experience Experience in Hospitality, preferably in a similar role for at least 2 years Willingness to learn Customer centric LCQ, Duty Manager Certificate beneficial Wine & cocktails knowledge beneficial Must be eligible to work in NZ, but we are happy to consider a sponsor for the right candidate.
