Assistant Manager

Aosta restaurant in the beautiful little town of Arrowtown (18 Buckingham Street), is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly and professional team.We are open 7 days a week for dinner service only!This position will allow you a perfect life/work balance, with flexibility on your days off!Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesRepresent and comprehend the brand essence and valuesEnsuring that the venue team complies with all our standardsPersonally responsible for the menu and wine knowledge to communicate to guestsWork proactively to maintain a healthy working relationship with the kitchen & staffMaintain order, cleanliness and presentation of the restaurantAspire to give every guest a memorable experienceTaking care of customers reservation systemTrain and supervise front of house staffFull time role. Hourly Pay or Salary with 30 hours minimum guaranteed.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in Hospitality, preferably in a similar role for at least 2 yearsWillingness to learnCustomer centricLCQ, Duty Manager Certificate beneficialWine & cocktails knowledge beneficialMust be eligible to work in NZ, but we are happy to consider a sponsor for the right candidate.If you'd like to work with our team please send us a covering letter and CV.
