Previous experience in the gardening or pet retail space would be beneficial, however, your experience and passion for retail, along with your people management skills are far more important.  Key points of this role:  Direct responsibility of our landscape yard.Working in all aspects of the garden centre as required.Physically fit and motivated.Wheels and forklift licence endorsements are required, however training for this can be provided, but a FULL car licence is essential for this role. Previous (at least 3 years) retail management experience required.Support the manager with the day-to-day management of store.Be super focussed on delivering a top-notch customer experience.Continue the development, coaching, training, and motivation of a small but very effective team.Stock quality and control.Ensuring the company image is maintained to a professional level.If you are seeking a new role that is challenging, rewarding and involves working with an amazing product mix and team, then please apply, outlining you experience and suitability for this role.  Applications close Friday 15th November, send to:  Rhys Gibbs, General Manager – (email protected)
