What does the Assistant Branch Manager do?
Our Assistant Managers help steer the ship!
They are ready and able to take the helm when required and happily do so.
They assist the Branch Manager in guiding branch staff and demonstrating what great customer service looks like.
They provide quality service to customers through sales and service of products, meet and exceed sales goals be developing long standing customer relationships.
They assist with everything from inwards/outwards, stocktakes, the odd delivery, people leadership to helping customers find the products they need and processing sales.
