Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Managing inventory and stock control Training and supervising staff Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Have a Duty Managers certificate or able to obtain. Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of food and beverage operations An awesome working environment with an organisation that has been trading since 1955.
