Assistant Managers (AM) generally only manage Service Staff; however, there are some AMs that have solutions staff reporting to them. These positions report into a Branch Manager. Whilst Branch Managers have ultimate responsibility for all staff and operational requirements of their sites, they often delegate tasks to the AM.Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn, and grow. You will be responsible for meeting customer needs and enhancing customer experience to ensure the service platform is compliant with ANZ's policies and procedures.
