With a strong commitment to the training and development of their staff, they are now looking for a talented Assistant Manager to lead their Dunedin CBD store! What's in it for you: $55k - $58k base salary depending on experience  Earn 1% of personal monthly sales Huge Discounts across group network up to 50%  Sunday - Thursday roster Full Training and Induction Program + Ongoing Training & development Led by an inspirational retail leader who is passionate about their job  The Role:  This is a dynamic, hands-on position, and we are looking for a proven sales performer who is energetic and fully committed to delivering top-notch results for the brand. In this role, you will be responsible for: Driving both individual and store-wide sales and KPI targets Inspiring and motivating the team daily by fostering a positive culture and ensuring exceptional customer service Managing in-store promotions and overseeing visual merchandising Handling HR functions, including performance management and recruitment Managing all administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, stocktakes, and stock management What you'll bring?  You will bring a high level of professionalism with a natural ability to inspire and lead a team by working alongside them and setting an example.
