Your job includes but is not limited to:Inspiring and motivating your team of upto 5 staff to reach and exceed targets!Driving results through staff training and developmentExcelling in customer service and engaging a loyal customer baseIdentifying opportunities and thinking strategically to optimise business performanceManagement Operations: rostering, performance management, stock and inventory control, visual merchandising, payroll, reporting and day-to-day dutiesConfidence working in a fast-paced, high stock turnover environmentInspiring and motivating your team of upto 5 staff to reach and exceed targets!Driving results through staff training and developmentExcelling in customer service and engaging a loyal customer baseIdentifying opportunities and thinking strategically to optimise business performanceManagement Operations: rostering, performance management, stock and inventory control, visual merchandising, payroll, reporting and day-to-day dutiesConfidence working in a fast-paced, high stock turnover environmentWhat you bring:Leadership experience in a similar environment of 12+ months (retail/apparel is a bonus!)A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude!An ability to roll with the punches and confidence in solving problems at fast paced.Strong capability to drive results and KPIs whilst ensuring the workplace is supportive and fun!All Applicants must reside in NZ and have valid working rightsLeadership experience in a similar environment of 12+ months (retail/apparel is a bonus!)A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude!An ability to roll with the punches and confidence in solving problems at fast paced.Strong capability to drive results and KPIs whilst ensuring the workplace is supportive and fun!All Applicants must reside in NZ and have valid working rightsApply now!
