Assistant Manager – The Boathouse OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at The Boathouse.

Responsibilities Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Assist the General Manager and senior team members in managing daily operations.
Support inventory management and other administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Provide excellent customer service, including bartending when necessary.
Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and bar operations.
Excellent organizational skills to manage restaurant operations efficiently.
Team management experience is highly desirable.
