Assistant Manager

Their Riccarton store is seeking a new Assistant Manager due to the current manager relocating overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead by example in meeting store sales targets and KPIs.
Repair Expertise: Manage phone screen repairs and other technical repairs.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviours.
Team Development: Coach and develop team members to excel in their roles.
Operations: Oversee administrative tasks and support the Store Manager in daily operations.
Qualifications:
Experience or knowledge in phone repairs or similar tech products.
Passionate about technology and electronics.
Strong leadership skills with a genuine interest in mentoring and managing teams.
Resilient and capable of working under pressure.
Outgoing personality with a passion for retail and exceptional customer service.
