The Role: As the Assistant Manager you'll support the Store Manager in all operational responsibilities of running this exciting store. You'll need to be experienced, confident, dynamic and bring a true passion for sales and service as well as proven ability to lead a team. This job includes:
Inspiring and leading a team of approx 10+ to success.
Driving results and high performance through training and development.
Store and Management Operations: rostering, performance management, daily maintenance, stock control, visual merchandising etc.
Maintain a great community spirit and drive the awareness of the brand through promotional events and campaigns

About You: Must have 3+ years of management experience with fashion or appareal!
An energetic, confident, motivated and engaging personality!
Well-presented, taking pride in your appearance!
Passionate about customer service, results-driven and sales-focused!
Confidence in building and maintaining a supportive and positive team culture!

Must have 3+ years of management experience with fashion or appareal!
