You will be able to leave your mark on one of RTC's highest performing stores.You will be integral to the success of the store and will be assisting the Store Manager. Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn bonuses for a high achiever.You will:Have financial and commercial acumen.Be a real hands-on manager, leading by example on the shop floor.Have the opportunity to manage and lead a great team.Be accountable for the profitability of the store.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPI's.Provide on-going support for your team ensuring they are achieving their best.Ensure the team are providing outstanding customer service at all times.Stock management and visual merchandising.Help with the OHS commitments for the store and team.Being analytical in assessing both financial and stock management.Assist the Manager in coaching a great team.About You:Experience in a management role within a grocery or FMCG retail store.
