Job Description We are seeking our next team member, someone who is looking to step up into a farm management position under the guidence of an experienced sharemilker who is wanting to step back from the day to day management and expand the business. Key requirements we are focused on is an ability to lead the team, hold themselves and others to a high account, have problem solving skills and the ability to asserativley communicate. Hourly & Remuneration Hourly & Remuneration Avg Hrs / Wk By negotiation Rostered Time off Single rotation 5 days on / 2 days off Remuneration By negotiation Farm Information Farm Information Farm Name 32415 Papawai Farm Size (Ha) 226 Peak Cows 630 On-Farm Staff 3 plus the sharemilkers 226ha dairy farm milking 630 cows in an automated cowshed with protrak and inshed feeding, we are a team of 3 full timers plus the sharemilkers and are offering an attractive 5 on 2 off roster along with a good 4 bedroom family home.
