In this role we are looking for our next leader to:
Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team.
Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential.
As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of an Assistant Long Manager - Nights could look like:
Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms.
Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames.
Championing health and safety practices.
The hours and days for this Assistant Long Manager - Nights position are:
Monday 2130-0600, Tuesday 2130-0600, Wednesday 2130-0600, Thursday 2130-0600, Sunday 2130-0600.
