We're looking for an Assistant Long Life Manager: Nights to join our WoolworthsGisborne team.

In this role we are looking for our next leader to:
Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team
Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential
As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of an Assistant Long Life Manager - Nights could look like
Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms
Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames
Championing health and safety practices
The hours and days for this Assistant Long Life Manager - Nights position are:
Monday 2100-0630, Tuesday 2100-0630, Wednesday 2100-0630, Thursday 2100-0630 and Sunday 2100-0630
