About You | Mou In our next Assistant Long Life Manager: Days we are looking for the following:
Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment
A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Previous experience with ordering, stocktake and rostering systems
The ability to obtain a first aid, general managers and food safety certificate as well as a forklift licence.
Responsibilities At Countdown no two days are the same but in this role overseeing all facets of the Long Life department and supporting the Department Manager, you could expect to be:
Training and developing team members in your department
Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock and maintaining merchandise standards
Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices
Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner
Hours and Days The hours and days for this Assistant Long Life Manager: Days position are:
Thursday to Monday 0700-1630
