Whether you're interacting with customers in person, through email, or over the phone, you will deliver a welcoming and efficient frontline customer service that leaves a lasting impression.For this role, rostered Saturday availability is essential.About youWe are looking for applicants who love books and reading, demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent service, and can easily connect with people from all walks of life.You will have an ability to handle all types of information requests and situations and be very confident around computers.
