Assistant/Junior Project Manager

My client is an international property/construction consultancy and are looking to add to their Christchurch office.

What We Need:
Circa 2+ years of solid experience in a Project Manager role within a consultancy environment
Solid understanding of project management and contract management practices
Working knowledge of NZS3910 and able to fulfil Engineer to Contract's Representative role
Health & Safety knowledge and commitment
Strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to develop and document processes and procedures
Project management of projects to an industry best practice standard
Developing and maintaining key relationships with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
Experience working on Education projects would be advantageous but not essential for this role.
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
