As Assistant Harvest and Inventory Manager for Oakside, you will assist the Harvest & Inventory Manager with monitoring, recording and collecting fruit inventory data. You will enjoy a high energy and fast-paced role, which requires the ability to multi-task and coordinate a variety of activities. You will be detail oriented, a team player with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. This role is an exciting and challenging opportunity which can require you to work weekends and occasionally night shifts during the peak of kiwifruit season. Skills and competencies: Problem-solving skills An ability to focus on details and ensure that tasks are completed to high standards. A high level of computer literacy. Able to support the packhouse team during busy periods, lifting 10-15kg boxes/trays if required. Strong organisational and analytical skills. An ability to work efficiently and methodically under pressure. Experience and qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate Previous experience using software and other computer-based technology, either in Seeka specific programmes or similar. Experience working within the kiwifruit, horticulture or primary industry. At Seeka, we work hard, and we have fun.
