Whether stopping by for a coffee, lunch or a post-game beverage the dedicated team go above and beyond to make every visit unforgettable.ResponsibilitiesWe have a fulltime opportunity for a polished Assistant Front of House Manager to work closely alongside the FOH Manager to lead a team of hospitality professionals. You will assist in overseeing FOH operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all members and guests across the dining area, bar and event spaces. Key responsibilities will include:Supervising FOH staff including scheduling, performance management and trainingGreeting and interacting with members and guests, always addressing inquiries or concerns promptlyAssisting in the planning and execution of club events including tournaments, private events and member functions (some late nights included)Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliersOverseeing opening and/or closing proceduresAssisting with financial management including managing budgets, controlling costs and maximising revenue opportunitiesA Bit About YouFirst and foremost you'll be a hospitality professional with supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage environment, ideally in a private membership club or 5-star hotel. With a strong focus on guest satisfaction and proven leadership skills, you'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You understand the importance of teamwork and you'll lead from the front, supporting and assisting others along the way. Additional keys skills, qualifications and attributes we're seeking are:A current Managers CertificateAdvanced food & beverage knowledge including wineSound understanding of workplace health & safetyExcellent communication skills - written, phone and face to faceSome knowledge about golf would be an advantage (to build rapport with members)Flexible with availability across a 7 day roster (some evenings/late nights required for events)Hold NZ residency, citizenship or unrestricted working rights in NZ - sponsorship not availableIf you're interested in knowing more contact ****** for more information.Please note due to the high volume of applications only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
