Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring all service standards are followedStrong suit in managing events in all banquet and meeting rooms. Will be responsible for the coordination of food and beverage delivery for events held in the hotel and outside catering, planning all of the details, maintaining the standards expected by managementDrive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts; create a destination of choice for the hotel and guestsLead and support all Food & Beverage departments in achieving their financial and operational targetsPrepare annual budgets and administer them in a fiscally responsible mannerImplement effective control of food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses throughout the Food & Beverage divisionAssist in preparing the annual strategic plan and achieving the goals and targets thereinEnsure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improve product and service with a focus on increasing the volumes and profitsOversee the selection, training, and development of all colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growthFollow department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role is requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications is requiredUniversity/College Degree in a related discipline is requiredStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all timesOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
