The Food and Beverage department is split over two properties, The Hermitage Hotel and Mount Cook Lodge. As the Assistant F&B Manager you will be part of a team that delivers our guests world class service through our large team in the Department.The Role involvesDelegating the outlet managers and senior F&B staff on daily duties, extra tasks and supervising that all tasks are completed correctlyWork closely with the FBM, Executive Chef and senior chef on duty to ensure cohesion of service and excellent guest experiencePlanning and organizing future booking and/or events.
