Job description
On behalf of Stride Property, one of New Zealand's leading listed property companies, Assemble are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join its team predominantly focused on managing a premium portfolio of commercial property. Stride is a specialist real estate investment manager and commercial property owner with over $3bn in assets under management across the Industrial, Office, Large Format Retail and Town Centre sectors.
About the Role
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the largest listed Property businesses in the country, with the ability to develop your skills and grow internally within the wider Stride business. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to provide Facilities Management and Administration support to the team across a varied portfolio of property New Zealand wide.
Key responsibilities and outcomes for the role include but are not limited to:

Establishing strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and security services in addition to managing the safety of third-party workers in line with SIML's management system.
Managing administrative duties relating to purchase order process, sustainability data collection, financials, and associated reporting.
Assisting in the preparation, delivery and monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX budgets in conjunction with the Property and Asset Managers.
Liaising with Tenants and Contractors alike with respect to associated works, ensuring access, and logging the issue of service and master keys.

About you
To be successful in the role you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

An NZ recognised tertiary degree in Property or similar is preferred but not essential.
Facilities management experience or experience in a similar role.
Highly motivated individual seeking growth with the desire to deliver more, always looking for value add opportunities.
Confident and outgoing, enjoying a high level of customer interaction.
