A team player with well-honed organisational skills, you will help to ensure the delivery of a high quality program which enhances the personal development of its members, whilst helping to identify the potential in individuals.About the role:Assist to ensure the leadership team is aware of and has access to required and available resourcesHelp with administration, developing newsletters, consent forms, etcSupport the division in actively working toward the goals set out in the Regional Business PlanPromote attendance at required courses, meetings, and training workshops, and contribute toward ensuring information and training is shared within the divisionEncourage involvement in competitions, events, community services, recreation activities and involvement with other divisions at district and regional levelEnsure all activities are suitable, relevant, and of course, loaded with fun and adventure for all participants, whilst taking care to ensure they are in line with Hato Hone St John policyEncourage and support the development for Youth succession planningSt John's Youth Programme provides young people with the experience to gain confidence, empathy, life, health and leadership skills - offering a fantastic opportunity for them to experience new things and of course ... have fun!
