Au Mahi | What You Will Do We have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Programme Director to take the operational lead and oversight across all UC's student success initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Student Success, you will ensure the long-term planning, development and implementation of robust frameworks for UC's Kaitoko | Student Advisory Services, lead student-facing components of Kia Angitu | the Student Success Programme and oversee the delivery of the Enrichment programme content in alignment with the university's and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic's strategic priorities. The Assistant Programme Director is the crucial link in leading pan-university change, connecting delivery with faculty and specific service unit expectations of student success initiatives.
Mou | Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in a similar role in a tertiary environment and hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in the field of education, educational psychology or other related discipline.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
